This comm exists to post full texts of U.S. legal documents, mainly court rulings, from cases related to copyfight activism, anti-discrimination, and freedom of speech. Other areas may be added if/when interest grows.
Basic premise: Someone finds a PDF of an interesting case. It gets converted to basic HTML and posted here. It gets tagged, so people can find it in the future. Discussion stays in the comments; admin posts kept to a minimum.
US Court documents are in the public domain; no permissions are needed to convert & repost them.
